Proflex is a German quality product with "test certificate" and "AbP" from flexible TPE - plastic. It is characterised by a number of application technology advantages, which other hoses of this form do not offer and despite it’s simple get well though structure it is very econominal.

  • Proflex can be vacuumed after each injection with acrylat - gel and can therefore be used for further injections.
  • The material charateristics of Proflex make it very flexible easily installment in winter.
  • The geometry of "Proflex" guarantees an outstanding, laminar joint contact and thus an optimal distribution of the injection property - much better than conventional round injection hoses!

Proflex - technical

The "Proflex" - profile consists of two parts: An TPE inner hose (shore hardness 75) with a trapezoidal cross section, which is slit on one side in such a way that when under low pressure the interrior channel releases a medium outwards. This interior hose is enclosed on three sides with a fitted casing of TPE (shore hardness 30).

The casing stabilizes the interior hose, covers the slots and prevents cement paste and Schlempe from penetrading into the inner hose. When the inner hose is under vakuum the casing acts as a valve and seals the inner hose slot through the calculated low presure. Thus preventing the previously injected property from being sucked out of the joint during the low presure of the vacuuming process.
